Hall's last season at Sugar Land was in 53.We all wore leather helments and our shoulder pads were leather too.
We went all the way across Houston to scrimmage Babers Hill it started raining and coach put us on the bus and we came home.He said it was because of all our leather equipment. I searched for a pic of Kenneth in his leather helment but was unsuccessful. PS: just talked to Kenneth at my 53 class reunion.He is doing fine and seems to really to be enjoying his retirement.

The big city schools all have crap uniforms. They dumb them down to the same level, turrible. My school has the generic Wildcat. My kiddo's HS had a
middling design but got sued by University of Wisconsin and it, too, is now just "meh".

Who the hell used helmets? Some people are like Slinkies, they're really good for nothing, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs. |

Austin Anderson Trojans....althougth when i played we had gold helmets with blue AT on them...Opposing teams always had the obligatory "blow a hole in the trojans defense" sign....Always.. |
